Note: Refundable Deposits only apply to those picking up their puppy in person. Only upon examining and meeting your puppy in person; should you change your mind due to a legitimate concern regarding the puppy or our facilities, your deposit will be refunded.  Deposits are non-refundable under any and all other conditions. Puppies will be picked out on “Adoption Day” between 7 –8 weeks old when they are ready for their new homes. Adoption Day is usually a Saturday. At the time of Deposit you are required to choose the Gender, Color and markings of your puppy. On “Adoption Day” you will then pick from among the puppies that match that description, in the order the deposits were received. On "Adoption Day" should we have more puppies than Deposits received you are welcome to also make your selection from among any puppies not spoken for.  If you are unable (for any reason) to pick out your puppy in person on “Adoption Day” you may make your choice via pictures. Arrangements would then be made for you to pick your puppy up or puppy can be shipped to you. “Pick order” will be forfeited under the terms below: 1.        If we are not able to contact you concerning “Adoption Day”. 2.        If you do not show up at the appointed time on “Adoption Day”. 3.        If you need to pick a puppy via pictures and you do not make prior arrangements. IF PUPPY IS TO BE SHIPPED: The Seller will arrange air shipment for the said puppy, however the Buyer will pay the balance due for the puppy and the cost of all shipping and handling fees for the shipment of the puppy 2 weeks prior to the shipping date. The Seller shall not be responsible for the safety of the puppy while in transit to the Buyers place of residence, to include any and all incurred injuries as a result of transportation accidents. Box Elder Creek reserves 1st pick; should we choose to do so. This agreement serves as a guarantee for the amount of Deposit. If Seller fails to make a puppy available, the amount of the deposit will be refunded to purchaser. If Buyer completes the purchase of a puppy, the deposit will be credited to the purchase price. The balance on the puppy is due in Cash on “Adoption Day” when the puppy goes home with you. In the case of a delayed pick-up, balance is due in Cash when you take the puppy home or before a puppy is shipped. Any puppy not paid for in full according to this agreement or picked up on the arranged day, will be re-advertised for sale. Personal checks are accepted on Deposits Only.
